We conduct surveillance and investigations for all insurance defense claims. The most effective way to prove insurance fraud is through surveillance. Videotape is obtained to corroborate a claimant's disability or to demonstrate discrepancies between a claimant's actual condition as opposed to what they describe to a claims adjuster or doctor.

Dependency Checks

In South Carolina, when an individual dies while in the course of employment, a workers’ compensation claimis filed. A dependency check will need to be conducted before the insurance company will disperse benefits. We conduct the investigation to make a due diligent effort to determine if there was anyone dependent on the Claimant at the time of their death. This includes but is not limited to Probate Court, death certificates, funeral bills, friends and co-workers and immediate family interviews.
